EDF-PEI power station in Lucciana

Civil engineering work (structural works, finishing works and HVAC - heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) was carried out on EDF's future power station in Lucciana.
With a 120 megawatt capacity, the station is to replace the now obsolete existing facilities and will produce 20% of Corsica's electricity.
RAZEL-BEC's contribution to the project includes the construction of a factory building, a control building, transformer enclosures, several auxiliary buildings, tank basemats, foundations for the flue-gas networks, rack support foundations and fuel-oil tanks.

Highlight: RAZEL-BEC's Techniques and Methods Department (DTM) oversaw the sizing of the works in-house.
Furthermore, RAZEL-BEC benefited from the synergies between the Fayat Group's companies. Barbot constructed all the metal framework, Sarec performed the cladding and the RAZEL-BEC subsidiary SAPB supplied the slabs and precast pillars

Contracting authority: EDF PEI
