Atlantic South European high-speed railway


The 340 km-long rail line features 400 civil engineering structures, including 19 viaducts and 7 cut-and-cover tunnels, and 50 million m3 of excavated material. As part of a design-build consortium, RAZEL-BEC is tasked with:
o Lots 10 and 11 of section E (North Angoulême) for 60% of the earthworks and drainage works, and all civil engineering for lot 11;
o Lot 14 of section G (North Bordeaux) for 50% of the earthworks;
o Lot 8 of section D (South Poitiers) for the earthworks, and drainage works and engineering structures;
o Lot 2 for reinstatement of the carriageway (through its GTTP subsidiary);
o The 2 Manse (south of Tours) and Charente Sud (between lots 11 and 12) composite viaducts as well as 50% of the trestle in La Couronne (south of Angoulême).
