Disability Policy
Razel-Bec's disability policy is built on a partnership with the AGEFIPH (French national organisation in charge of promoting assistance for disabled persons through access to employment). The company signed a second agreement with the organisation in 2014. As such, Razel-Bec has a clear commitment to employing people with disabilities. The company's is committed to:
- recruiting disabled workers, with priority given to work/study contracts.
- safeguarding the jobs of employees declared unfit for their work or with a risk of becoming unfit for their work;
- developing purchases from companies in the "protected and disability-friendly sector" (French SPSA)
- training and raising the awareness of employees in the Razel-Bec Group, in order to build a long-term environment promoting the employment of disabled workers, with results driven by a policy of continuous improvement
A specific Disability Unit implements the Disability policy in the Group Created in 2011, the Disability Unit draws on a network of disability advisors in our offices, subsidiaries and sites. It works closely with the occupational health services, occupational doctors and the network of social assistants.
Professional integration
As part of its equal opportunities policy, Razel-Bec belongs to the "Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion" Foundation ([FACE] French Foundation acting against social exclusion) and the Passerelle 93 association (youth support organisation in the Saint Denis area) to help young people develop contacts with construction companies.
The company is also involved in an experimental workshop for helping employees on integration schemes, in conjunction with the FACE 94 Club and the French national federation of professional integration companies.

Gender Equality
Razel-Bec has an active policy in favour of gender equality and diversity. Razel-Bec has signed an occupational gender equality agreement and undertakes to develop initiatives each year with a view to:
- recruiting women in production jobs;
- improving internal promotion opportunities.
- ensuring equal pay.
